Sandakphu or Sandakfu or Sandakpur is the highest peak in the district of Ilam, Nepal and West Bengal, India. It is the highest point of the Singalila Ridge in Darjeeling district on the West Bengal-Nepal border.

ITINERARY
DAY 1 : Siliguri - Dhotrey
Siliguri and then drive to Dhotrey by reserved car.
Trek starts from Dhotrey to Tonglu/Tumling through jungle trail (5 km, 2 hrs.). Overnight stay at Tonglu/Tumling at a warm homestay
DAY 2 : Tumling - Kalapokhri
At early morning enjoy the sunrise from the nearest viewpoint. at Tumling/Tonglu.
After breakfast trek to Kalapokhri (Valley of poisonous plants) via Gairibas, Kaiyakata (15 km, 5-6 hrs.). Overnight stay at Kalapokhri homestay
DAY 3 : Kalapokhri - Sandakphu
After breakfast trek to Sandakphu via Bekheybhanjang (7 km uphill tough trek, 3-4 hrs.). Post-arrival check-in, relax for a while and then you can climb to the highest point of West Bengal. In the evening enjoy the magnificent sunset on the Mt. Everest, Kanchenjunga, Makalu, Lhotse, and a grand Himalayan panorama. Overnight stay at Sandakphu homestay
DAY 4 : Sandakphu - Srikhola
Enjoy Majestic Mountain & breathtaking sunrise from Sandakphu viewpoint. Here you can enjoy the view of Mt. Everest, Kanchenjunga, Makalu, Lhotse, Kumbhakarna, Pandim, Frey peaks & many more. Then trek to the Srikhola via Gurdum(14 km downhill trek, 3-4 hrs.). Overnight stay at Srikhola Homestay
DAY 5 : Srikhola to Siliguri
After breakfast drive Siliguri reserved car ( minimum 5-6 hours journey) for your Return journey with your trek experience
